  "Wow, this wedding cake is actually good!" My husband overheard one of our guests exclaiming this the night of our wedding. And good is an understatement, it was fantastic, truly the best tasting wedding cake I'd ever had, and the most beautiful. Starr is a legend in the area. Our florist proudly informed us she's the only wedding cake vendor in the area who likes to come out and design the flowers personally upon delivery at the reception. We were coordinating everything from out of town and Starr was tremendously personable and helpful, taking our preferences into account in order to recommend flavor combinations and designs that would give us what we wanted while staying in our budget.

  Our cake was perfect, she added the flowers so they weren't overdone and it was exactly what we wanted.
  
  It was so delicious too, there was only 1 person of our 98 guests who didn't want the filling but she was on a diet so she doesn't even count.
  
  The best thing about our cake was that it wasn't fondant--no one believed me until they ate it. If you know fondant you know that it isn't tasty so having a full butter cream cake that looked flawless (and was affordable) was great.
